I registered, but I didn't receive a activation email. What do I do?

Your email server, or the program you use to read your email, may have marked the email as spam and moved it to a special junk mail folder.

If the activation email was not marked as spam, check that the email address you supplied with your registration is correct.

The link in the activation email doesn't work! What am I doing wrong?

The link may fill more than one line in the email. Copy the entire link, paste it in your browser's location bar and press the return key.

I forgot my password! How do I retrieve it?

Click Login at the top of the page, then click Forgotten your password? When the Forgotten password page appears, enter your email address and click Send. Your password will be sent to you by email.

The Portal is not working correctly! What can I do?

Ensure you are using one of the supported browsers listed above, and that Adobe Reader and Adobe Flash Player are installed. JavaScript and cookies must also be enabled in your browser.

If you are not sure whether your computer meets these requirements, speak to your system administrator.
